I'm attempting to run a service which requires a central server and servers that connect to the central one. Users are always able to connect to the central server, but are only able to access the other servers when on the same network or when not going through the central server. The problem is that the central and secondary servers are on the same network, so the central server thinks they are all 192.168.1.102, and sends that IP for the client to connect to. This obviously does not work, as that is not a public IP address.

The servers need to be contained on the same network. Any ideas on how I can make the central server send the public IP address without having the source code for the servers?

e: I can tell this is what is happening because external clients are sending ARP requests for 192.168.1.102, which is the private IP of the servers.

Solved using two separate VPNs.
